but it mostly gives errors, so I turned the damn thing of and only let it run as a screensaver and at night.....

i have 2 computers, my pentium 233 i just leave running 24/7 working on work units. Caus it took 133 hours of cpu time to complete a very stubborn work unit (some have more stuff to do than others) i got a ***** load of points for it.
another equally legitimate reason is that i'm better than you all come on someone beat me if someone can pass my points there will be a prize!

I have currently made 104 points, and have 95% of another one done.

Its a great program, you should all get it. You can't even tell its there, and its for a good reason.

Just added my 233MHz PC to my list. What really sucks is that my computer never recognized that it had completed a work unit. 90% before i went to sleep, and when I got back, it's back at 0. No, I don't have an always on connection, and i made sure that the software was not dialing in on it's own. Oh well, at least it let me d/l another unit .

hey hobbi, thats a bit harsh man. I was only joking about the "imaginary prize", after all imaginary means fantasy, un-real, make-believe, pretend.

And if you check you're previous post on this thread you quoted first person to 5 work units gets an imaginary prize... very exciting! this imaginary prize will be worth millions!

Anyway, this whole thing is not about personal gain, its about working together and maybe finding a cure for cancer.

I don't understand why you're busting my chops I was just following the humour!

hey hobbi, no offence taken. I'm think i'm just feeling a bit sensitive, and i am a bit slow.

For my imaginary prize, I would love to have a couple of girls in bikini's, dancing in a cage in my office. hehe

or one of these little beautiful babies!!!
