Hi every Flasher out there.

I'm considering making a simple multiplayer game build in Flash and Xml.

Simply - What do I need. How and where do I start??

Has anybody got a links to great tutorials or templates??

There are a couple around, but they seem to be hard to find. I put a more basic one up on my site last night though. http://www.geckoarts.com. It has the script to read and organize xml. It doesn't have advanced functions in it, but it might help you get started. It can be downloaded from the June 1 page. The download has a xml example file and the fla.
