Printing just one frame!!! ? ?

Hi there i want te print just one frame of the site im designing. Is that possible???
I've made a print-button, but when i pressed that my printer rolled out all 13000 frames!!! hehehe ... very funny, but not when it happens to one of your customers.
Whe can help me...

I know this sounds like a bit of a duhhh but you could always copy and paste the frame you wanted to print into it's own movie just while you print it

i meant printing the frame while playing the flashsite, by using " get URL print: " ...
