What is the name of the font F/K used on the main page, on their menu bar?

Please Folks, I am desperate. I am trying to find the font Flashkit used on their menues.
Go on the home page, and take a look where they have the following menu:

REGISTER NOW
HOME
SPEAKERS
ESSIONS

etc... etc..

What is the font being used and where can I find it? Somebody told me it was the "Hooge" one, but it is not. It certainly looks like it, but it is not. Folks, I really need you here. Please help me. I look forward to your answers.
