rock & scroll is dead!!

ok I know this is easy for you dudes but I'm having probs.

I need some scrolling 'text' that is controlled by up & down buttons, the 'text' will be a 'masked' motion tween movie clip so it's really irrelevant that it's text. It should scroll on rollover and stop on rollout as you'd expect.

I've been using tell target - go to next frame / previous frame and a kind of 2 frame loop on the main timeline which I thought would keep it continuous but it just moves on one frame per rollover. aagghh.
