Thread: Turning .swf into FLA

    Does anyone know if its possible to turn an .swf into .fla?

    I recently lost loads of backup data and I'm now in big
    trouble so if anyone can save my life it would be appreciated.

    I did the same I shat myself

    the only way you can do it is if you open Flash then go to
    File>New

    Then goto import and browse to your SWF.

    This wont work if you have click secure the SWF when you published the SWF.

    Also it wont let you view the actionscript.

    hopefully this may point you in the right direction to decompile your swf if you have created it as protected
