    I've been lookin' all over and can't find them anywhere!

    Anyone have any links or anything to that one store that can get the great hard to find stuff?

    Any time I travel, I always stop and look for these. These used to be my Dad's favorite candy bar and since he's very ill I thought I'd try to get him some as a special treat.

    wierd - we have them in our vending machines here at work! maybe i'll go enjoy one right now. i like all those odd bars - like o' henry, zero, and 100 grand...mmmmmmmm...

    OK - I just went and bought one...and I have to say, it's not bad (it's been a while). definitely crunchy...definitely coconutty...and only 10 grams of fat (snickers has 16).

    LOL Zotz - I used to spit that stuff on my sister ... <ashamed>

    *sigh* ... I loved that candy <feeling very nostalgic for my favorite candies> .. I loved Bottle Caps - and Bit O'Honey! (one of my all time faves ) (they still make that and I *still* eat it! I buy it at the store all the time ... Tootsie Pop Drops -haven't seen those for about 10 years! ... and I know they still make Blackjack Gum but it's in extremely limited distribution ...

    how about volcanic rocks, the pre-cursor to nerds. and those wax tubes with the flavored liquid inside <--those may not even be legal any more

    oh, and they still make bottlecaps...we had some over halloween...fizzy cola flavored candy, you just can go wrong with that...

    Ahh yes, the good old days, 1975 - running around in plaid bellbottoms with a die cast metal cap-gun all sugared up on pixie sticks and bottle caps....playing kick-the-can and generally annoying the neighbors...Atari 2600, pet rocks...
