    Okay - so I'm reading the "Backspace" section of PC Magazine (here they show pictures/list all sorts of print blunders, etc) ... lo and behold what do I see? ...

    I got a similar response over the phone (at 50p/min) from world online yesterday....They couldn't help with my problem but if I wanted any further help with it, to call them back later...waste of time and money
