flash gods, help me.. oh i beg thee!

i know this sint a flash site check. but a flash questions. i wanted to know.. on my site, http://liquid2k.com/sak/new.html about me>bio when u click bio, it freezes and lags while ladoing the text file.. now i loaded the text file in the 1st frame, but it isnt loading quick enough when u click the button. any one know what i can do to fix this problem? if so, i'd greatly appreciate it

I guess the delay is caused cause it's loading the text as a variable from an external file. If u don't use a dynamic textfield but simple text u'll have no problem.
