    nosepilot is in my opinion one of the best single animation in flash i've seen so far, it just goes together.

    the people who made that got ripped off by the host, who apparently didnt give any warnings about it

    Very nice animation in their link.
    I feel bad that they got rippoed off. Looks like they're doing the right things in their legal battle, though. Hope it works out well for them.

    this poor guy was on here a few months ago talking about this. i have always been a big fan of his flash piece, and hope he can get this resolved...man, the things people will do for money

    that company has some major problems. I hope that he contacted the bbb (bbb.gov) They would put a end to them.

    old news, but like I said before.. the hosting company is small time so they are trying to make some excess income to pay off some of their own debts!

    This clipping does appear to imply that there is only a minimu cost rather a maximum limit for your bill. I don't know what the full details in the disclaimer are but that bit was certainly ambiguous to say the least.

    He did. At the end of the letter, it was stated that he had contacted the BBB, a senator, and many other agencies.

    Diavalo, I already talked with Al like 3 weeks ago, and I did a little investigating for him, the ending result was the Distract Attourneys office caught GISOl REDhanded. They eliminated his bill the last time i checked. Steve
