I am trying to make fast, smooth text moves. Everytime I try, it seesm that the text doesn't remain smooth and begins to become choppy. What factors contribute to smoothness and how can I solve this problem?

have you 'broke appart' your text? beware this increases file size dramatically!
No, I have not broken it up. Still one word, but the problem is when it moves, no matter what I try, it looks choppy and skippy. What am I doing wrong?
