    Okay, I know I have figured this out before, and for the life of me, I can't remember. I need a goto action in one scene to jump to a frame label in another scene. I had put _level0/scenename/labelname or something like that. Help!

    Hi..
    You can use:

    on (release) {
    _root.gotoAndPlay("myFrameLabel");
    }

    "myFrameLabel" can be in any scene.

    Hope this helps.

    Actually, if you are using it in a button, you should click 'onMouseEvent', then gotoAndStop (or gotoAndPlay), choose the Scene name under "Scene", choose "Frame Lable" under Type, then type the lable name in the "frame" section. This should make your script look like this:

    on (release) {
    gotoAndPlay ("otherscene", "start");
    }

    or if it is a MC, you should use the onClipEvent command and then the gotoAndPlay...

    does this help?
