    For those who have ever done work, only to get stiffed on the deal in the end.. here is a little revenge for you. I did this site for a realty company, but he never coughed up the last 50% - so...

    I did a portrait job for 150$ once. I asked for a spit payment, 75$ first, then 75$ on delevery.

    She gave me a phone# and email which i both checked and were good. I even called her to finalize the deal.

    I got the first 75 and did the job. But I still havent gotten the other 75$!

    This was about 6 months ago. I hate the *****. She canceled her email address (aol) and the no one answers the phone anymore! All for 75$ off a portrait!

    Yeah, but then the client might not agree. You want to be garunteed payment, and they want to be garunteed work.

    yeah , contracts are hard 2 get if its just over the internet but it is possible, now since online signatures are allowed .

    Yeah, I use them to, but what I mean that is shouldn't the contract force the client to pay also? Also, I would use FED-EX or UPS for contracts.
