Reasonable Charge For Flash Design?

I'm going to be making a 3min cd presentation for a well established company as a projector file. Just wanted some ideas on what i should charge based on an hourly rate? Also, if anyone has worked with making projector files, I would love to hear about any issues you ran into as this will be my first.

I would charge on a production basis and not on an hourly rate, lets say something like 750 british pounds thats about 2.404 us dollars.
