How do you like make an animation or something run like in the background and keep repeating? what I mean is, well, this is what I wanna do: Make a graveyard with a hand going back and forth out of a grave. How do I do this without drawing every frame? eh.... correct me if I'm wrong but is it something to do with movie clips?

yup.

hit crtl+F8 to make a new movie clip. name it, and then double click it from your library to edit it...then its just like a regular movie. then go back to your regular timeline (crtl+E) and drag it from your library to the stage.

You can also make it a graphic as long as it doesnt have any funny stuff in there.
