OK,

When you load a movie, is it loaded until you unload it. Or If i wanted to chow that movie over scenes, would I have to load the movie every scene?

Yes, once loaded, the movies remain loaded until you unload them, or until you close the browser/player.

They will remain across scenes, since the new movies are not loaded <i>into</i> but rather <i>on top</i> of the first movie. Therefore the first movie can switch scenes underneath the second movie without disturbing it.
