We are looking for some Flash developers

Hi,

I am the owner of http://www.theboardmag.com, currently the site is offline and we are due to begin work on our master site. However, we are looking to build a team of volentary developers to help with all the different aspects of the site.

I am writing here today to advertise for any flash developers that think they are any good, and i am pleading you to come forth and email me.

The benifits of the job are:

>> Personal profile page to show our readers who you are and what you do, as well as how to contact you.

>> yourname@theboardmag.com email address usable for business and personal use.

>> Credit on the site and in magazine reviews.

Theboardmag is due to hit the press in early August, we are hoping to get our 'master' site complete by then, however we need all the help we can get.

We need developers that know how to make movies in Flash 5 as well as use the action script functions and muct be able to use sound and similar effects.

relax guys, at theboardmag we're totally chilled anyway, no, it doesn't include money unfortunatly, none of it does, all the costs come out of our pockets, the management make no money, we pay!

we do this because we love it we love the sport and we love the web, it makes us feel good, we also work but we do this because we love it, maybe once it's all built and running we will apply for a publisher to sponsor us and if they do we'll start paying everyone!

it's just a fun project at the moment, but it'll be good if it kicks off, it did before with 100,000 unique hits per day, that was great, and we got TV promo, but the server crashed and we didn't have the staff, so we are restructuring!
