Make sure you give your user an option for full screen or regualr. Just a suggestion but seems to make the viewer happy.

always give the user the option of fullscreen or not. i have noticed it scares alot of people off. myself included.

I want the browser to be the exact size of the flash movie though which is 800 X500 how do i do that?
