Big text

I put a bug text in my site but when i publish it, the text showing became to slow, and slow all the presentation.
What is the best way to put big texts on flash sites? Cut it in may smallest ones and transform in pictures? Help me!

is the text part of a larger flash file, or a movie on its own?

was it text that was generated in flash?

maybe when you publish it, try putting the publish quality down a bit and see if that makes any difference.
