somebody pl help me achieve the running lights effects of zeros and ones on the site

the effect looks like 2 layers in a flash movie.

the top layer contains a movie clip that emulates 0's and 1's.
the layer below that contains the text.

because the upper most layer is on top of the others, its that one you see, the text on the layer below is not seen until the movie symbol is moved out of the way so the item below it can then be seen.

OK how to do it, for example on the bottom layer put some text.

then on the layer above that make a simple box, for the sake of testing, place the box over the text so its hidden behind the box.

then motion tween the box to move to the right , then try it, youll see that the text becomes visible as the box is moved out of the way.
