Banner problem

i see some of you guys make banners. I always have a problem with them. Like if i modify my movie to me 468x60 and then when i go in to draw something and if i go outside the border, the thing that is outside shows up in the movie.

Is there a way to prevent that?

this only occurs when you test the movie, or when the movie is at fullscreen in the stand alone player. otherwise, when published nothing outside the stage border will be seen
