Thread: freehand-------------->Swift3d........how??

    hi, i designed an image in flash5. and then passed on to freehand. now how do i put the image into swif3d to animate it?

    Wink Simple :)

    Since you made it in flash you can finish it in flash

    Open you image in flash as the fla. to modify it, fill in the areas you want to look filled, for example if you have a simple "filled" circle and you want a "see through" hole, then you would make a circle put it in the center delete the center and keep the out filled. Just fill in with normal black. There is a couple reasons to fill in the areas you want to be solid, 1. Filling them in assures you that all your points are closed. 2. Swift will look at the filled areas when you import it in as solid objects.

    K now that you got your image filled and how you want it, save it as an eps or fh file, then open up swift > new > blank project, then go to File > Import > Your Image.

    Add some material color to it, some cool rotations or animations, export it to .swf for complete uncheck area shaded and check mesh shaded, and you done.
