    Does anyone know if there is a program where u can make banners like the ones at the top of the forum selection screen. Or if knot how do u make them..

    banner ads you mean?
    do you have image ready? or are you making a flash banner?
    for flash, just make a banner shaped .swf and load it on level one - sounds too obvious, am i misunderstanding you?
