Whenever I try to publish my flash movie I recieve a message that states ( No valid HTML template are availible
to complete this operation).
What can I do ? I would greatly appreciate some help.

In flash 5 click on file>publish settings.
On the HTML Tab Make sure the Template Drop down is set to:
Flash Only (default)
or
In the publish settings formats tab, uncheck HTML. This will publish only the .swf

But my drop down menue is blank and it gives me no choices,
I dont know if files may be missing out of a folder or what.

Hmmm... are you using a demo version of Flash (and the time has expired)?

No I'm not using a demo version of flash.
The menue Im talking about is when you click on publish and the drop down menu appears with
flash
html
defalt
.....
..etc.
That menue is blank and does not provide me with a choice to
choose.
This happens on my publish settings option were I can't open
the selection.
Any sugestions?

That's weird.
It should give you options. I've never seent that.
