How can you set the width and height of the projector file after you have published it, So that it is non scalable?

What i'm trying to do is make the projector non scalable and always opens up in the middle of the screen. How can this be done? I have tried the fscommand but i can only get the projector to open up the file at "full screen".

I have heard that you might be able to do this with the xyz cordinates, but i do not know how i can use this formula stuff?

    any ideas?

Any help would be grateful. many thanks in advance for your time and effort!

You can use fscommand("allowscale", "false") to stop the movie from resizing but the projector window can still be moved and resized. You can't do anything about the startup position of the window using just Flash.

Most third party projector programs will allow you to specify the startup position of the window. You can find a list of these tools at http://www.macromedia.com/support/fl...ites.htm#tools but http://www.koolmovers.com has a more comprehensive list with reviews at http://www.koolmovers.com/reviews.php

My product is on both lists and it will do what you want. It's called SWF Studio and you can find it at http://www.northcode.com

If you're producing projectors for the PC (from a MAC) you can run SWF Studio in Virtual PC and create EXE files that will work on Windows.

Unfortunately, I don't know of any third party projector tools for the MAC and MM doesn't list any on their site.
