text blur effect

hope nobody thinks I'm hoggin this board...

Well, here's another one for the record:
you know how many sites incorporate an effect that you see text that appears from a blurred state, that gradually focusses into the text to be displayed. I'd like to mention a site that does it, I know they're out, there but none come across my mind (I find it impossible to memorize URL's; so many good ones out there...)
anybody???

In the meanwhile i'll be experimenting, I'll let you know the distastrous results after I finish :P

Simple. Create several instances of your text symbol, and motion tween them from Alpha 0 to 100 while moving them together (they should start somewhat spread out).

Is that what you were looing for?
