when i convert to .avi, movie plays slower why?????

i exported my movie to .avi using the flash export. when i open the movie it plays really slow. do you know why?

The Flash Export to AVI isn't very good and its export to MOV is just plain terrible (You are much better off importing your SWF into QT pro than exporting as MOV from flash). It didn't export your FPS rate right and hence it is playing slowly. Also notice that you're movie clips went away.

That is why people have built SWF to AVI converters. The most well known, and the only comercial SWF 2 AVI converter I know of, is FlashAnts SWF2Video.

hmm ok thanks.. ya i looked at the SWF2Video software/.. i dont really feel like paying 20$USD for it either. i wish the demo wouldnt put the words on it when you export. anyways thanks alot.

ok, having the same problem with exporting to .avi - why isn't the sound converted? i set it to stream and neither flash nor flashants will convert the file with the audio part intact. any thoughts?
