Avi or Mpeg movie in flash!

I want to be able to create a window in my flash movie....that will load and play an .avi or .mpg (Video Clip).

BUT i want to still maintain the avi or mpeg file as it is....and just use somesort of quicktime player plugin triger....which i know....the end user will need aswell as the flash player.....but i dont mind this minor point..!!!

so basically...there are two files at present my flash swf file and my avi/mpeg file in the same folder.....and i want to keep it that way....

NO AVI/MPEG Conversion to swf file solutions!!! please!

On the new screen scroll through "Tonight menu"
Click on Scuba diving and then Launch it in the centre console.
This has been done with flash ants plugin (needs plugin approx 90 sec download)
The site was better last week with lots of new clio film clips etc
No conversions
just pulls AVI or mpg etc off your server
Just what you wanted?
All controlled via FS command from flash
