audio galaxy is ok but I would recommend morpheus. It's way way way more stable than napster and has very fast and reliable downloads.

    New Napster

Am now using Morpheus as a replacement for Napster - available from http://www.musiccity.com. Seems to be very good - can get all the MP3's I want and also download video, pictures etc.

i think they are the same company, no? they have the same exact interface (basically) and I don't think that you can use both of them simultaneously...

if you have kaza already working, and you click to launch morpheus, the kaza interface pops up....

    wierd...

I've been looking at finding a solid P2P app too, but have steered clear thus far due to a tone of them using spyware. Especially AudioGalaxy - and if you try and turn off or disable the spyware - it basically screws your connection and OS too - forcing many people to have to wipe their HD - completely!

    Does anyone use a spyware-free P2P?

aren't any of the above mentioned softwares spyware free?

I am using mainly gnotella for now, it seems pretty fast...
do they use spyware as well?

-I haven't had any problems disconnecting from AG (but then again I've only used it about 2x before) anyway I am curious to hear more about this spyware crap....

I just found this txt document...
    pretty simple....

From Ms Windows 95/98/2000/me follow the steps to find, gator, onflow, or SaveNow adware(spyware) software put in your system, once deleted out of your system. Sinply you delete the spy and you are now safe.

    Step 1. Click start menu
Step 2. Scroll up & click on "Find"
Step 3. Scroll across & click on "Files & Folders"
(A windows search toll will appear)

Step 4. In the "Named" section, type in the spyware you are looking for
    (SaveNow, onflow, gator etc)
Step 5. In the "Look in" section select all local hard drives
    Step 6. Click find now
    (If any of these appear)
Step 7. select the item(s) with your mouse
Step 8. on your keyboard click delete
(Don't forget to empty your trash can.)
is this the method that your friends used that made their system crash???

please tell me because I want to remove it a.s.a.p....
