banner ads...a few inane questions

What happens when a visiter that DOESN'T have the Flash plugin comes to a page where the only flash content is a banner ad? Will they be prompted to download the plugin? Will the rest of the page load without a problem? And what about making a banner ad clickable? Does the entire movie have to be given a "button" action within flash? I notice I can't just type in a link within Dreamweaver...? Thanks guys

usually they will be prompted
if the rest of the page is HTML then it should go fine
your perfectly correct about the button too
