do you use wsftp or cute ftp? or another?
if u use ws_ftp right click the file you want to st permissions for and click chmod and it will bring up a menu, then choose the permissions you want or need...
if you use cute ftp, its pretty much the same thing. cute ftp is a lot easier though.

allright, thanx man!! umm, i dont know exactly what the permissions are (i havent looked yet) al i kow is that i need to have them like (666) and (777) or soemthing like that. im trying ot install the flash guestbook here from flashkit ... =)

read and write on all of them
and 777 is...
read write and execute on all of them
