Movies in Flash

Any recommendations on how best to implement movie files in Flash for Flash 4 viewing. Is there an alternative to using QuickTime?

You can use flix? It's a bit limited, and you might get some sound problems.

And it's no good if you want hi-res.

flix? What are they - and do they require any plugins?
