    Would you please tell me the name of some good program that helps to make text effects in flash.

    And if it is possible please give some url to download for free.

    You can go to http://www.swishzone.com to download a trial copy. This doesn't allow you to save the swf files and import into flash in the trial version. However if you plan to use it for commercial purposes the $30 reg fee is well worth the time it saves you.
