borderless pop-up in IE and Netscape?

hi,

i´ve seen that stuff at ntara.com, in their flash version they pop up a dragable popup without any kind of berder or menu. i had a javascript too, which could do this but I can´t find it! who can help me or who have script or tutorial to pop-up windows without the browser window?
