html in flash?

Is it possible to laod an html page into a flash movie?
because I made a menu, and I want my website to be a combi of flash and html, but i don't want to put the flash menu in a frame. I want my html pages to be showed underneath my menu, but I don't want to put my flash menu seperate on each html page, because then the menu is loaded again when a new htmp page loads up..get it?
So, i'm looking for a way to show a html page underneath my menu, without using a frame..is this possible?

No.

The flash player would have to be a web browser to do that. It would be as fat an application as IE.
