how do I get my arm to move? heh

OK...no such thing as a dumb question.....but IM pushin it....LOL...alright....the goal...to make a clean animation ...problem...if I create a figure.....How can I actually make him move without frame by frame fipbook like animation...anyone who will take the time to answer my "tough" question would be greatly appreciated...

ok i think i have a idea what you mean, heres what to do check out http://www.brocher.co.uk/nuttytart.swf its something i made for the gf on her birthday she wanted something that I made so she got this haha if thats what ya want,i had to do a few frames, frame by frame,when i wanted to move his arm,i just choose the breakup option, used the lasso for select what i wanted to move and move it then regroup it again, hope that helps ya a little

For arms you can use motion clips and rotate them, a lil trial and error but you might be able to pull it off. For the eyes just use movie clips.
