    There was once a great tutorial site at http://www.phong.com.
    Now there is only a 403 error?

    Any idea what happened?

    PS: Is there more to the http://www.thedesignersrepublic.com site than I'm getting?

    Yeah your right it is a great site but they said that there
    were so many visitors there that it slowed down other sites
    on the server. I heard it will be up soon.
