    Need advice!
I've been working part of a corporate presentation CD where the client decided on a flash intro. A collegue has done the presentation in powerpoint and I want to link the flash buttons to the relevant presentations. Is it possible to run .pps files from flash? or for that matter can you run any other files from flash, i.e. .exe etc

    Thanks

FS Command Exec with the File Path as the arg will allow you to luanch .Bat, EXE, Applescripts, and select other files from directly from the projector.

There are third party tools that will allow you to launch files without accesing the Com or using a Bat file (Both of which will bring a Dos screen up for a second). Flash tools is free and does that and every comercial projector tool out there can do that (If you use Jugglor though you have to by the add-in also).

    Thanks Johnie,

I used the FSCOMMAND with a batch file and it works perfectly.

I will check out flash tools too.
