Hi ppls,
Let's say a company had visit your site and mails you, they would like to have a new website.
How will you handle that?
What do you write back.
And if he/she gets intrested.
What kinda contract do you give him/her?
How do you let the paymant go. (in advance or at the end)
How do you make sure that you won't get any legal problems?
Maybe we can make some sort of contract together so we all can sell or websites on a save way, without getting legal problems.

What a great question and topic!
Actually, this comes up quite often in the boardroom. You could either do a search there for some great answers, or re-post this thread in that forum. I'm sure you'll be happy with the results.

Cause thats for if you are searching for work/employers.

My opinion is that a forum based specifically on legal issues relating to developers would be of huuuge benefit to all users of flashkit, especially those starting out who cannot afford a solicitor or such.
I can't count the number of times I have spent seeking info for different aspects in relation to this.
I guess there may be a problem with Flashkit being liable in some way if there was such a forum.

tell me, is this sellable.....
