online classes

hey everyone. my boss told me he wants to look into getting some online learning courses for our company.

i've looked at the one's at macromedia and at sessions.edu. i'm wondering

a) has anyone taken any of these courses and/or have any opinons about them?

b) does anyone know of any other places like this online?

any thoughts or comments are appreciated. thanks.

I am enrolled at macromedia's element k classes. Ive been enrolled for about 6 months.
I enrolled for the year. They have a lot of classes- in software and programming. I have learned quite a bit, but its all what you make it. I think its worth it, especially if your company is going to pay for it.

thanks for the input visionray. i've been interested in checking out this option for awhile now, and it's all the better if it's not out of my pocket, but i just want to know anyone's opinons. i'm looking for a diverse experience, not simply learning flash, heck i can get just as much info here if not more. anyone else with any thoughts?
