I've created a page using the smart clips radio buttons. It's been tested and seems to be working great, but I've had a couple users report to me that when they get to the page with the radio buttons, ALL the radio buttons are automatically selected, instead of just one.

I'm still trying to research what browser and platform these users have.

Got any ideas on what's going on here?

    What is the button state?

    jerrie66,

I would check the button state. Make sure that the smart clip is set up correctly to not have any buttons selected.

Let me know what youfind out about the system, browser etc...

    Thanks'

I've checked the smartclip and everything is set up as it should be.

As for the users who are seeing more than one item selected, I've asked them to ensure they have the Flash 5 Player. None of them have indicated they already have it, so unless I hear otherwise, I'm going to assume it's a Player issue.

Thanks for reading my post and responding!

    Lightbulb Flash5 plugin

    jerrie66,

That would definitely do it. I am glad that you found that out. The other thing I would check is the OS and browser. There are some gaming commands that will not work in Netscape and Macintosh has some known issues with the player.

    Glad you found that out.

    Thanks'
