jpeg "black line" problem

The problem:
When I make a jpeg in Photoshop and my client wants to import it in Coreldraw or Word (?) he gets a black line on the bottom of the imported jpeg. It's also visible on a print out. Has any of you guys had it before and does someone know how to fix it?

tell him to drag it into IE. or maybe you can do it. if the black line is still there, it's in your original.
