Flash 4 "get URL"

Hi!
My name is Mia and I have this problem to solve.
I have done a menu in Flash 4 and export it in to Dreamweaver. In DW I have done a frameset. Know my problem is to make the flashbuttons to link to different site in my main_frame of my frameset.
I can´t use just action: "get url" and than use window:_blank, because than the link will go to a new window and I want my link to go to the same window but in just one of my frames in my frameset.
Do you understand my poor english and my problem?

In Dreamweaver, you need to label your frames. ALT+Click in your frame and change the Frame name from "mainFrame" to "content" or something similar.

Then, in your Flash movie, instead of selecting "window:_blank", insert the name of your frame, such as "window:content"

The Flash movie will then use your newly labeled frame.
