    I can't be bothered with making a Flash footer at the moment and here's an image I've found off http://www.internetbumperstickers.com, which is 250 x 40 and 3KB in size. Is the following image approriate for use as a footer?

    yeah sure! why not. Plenty of people have stationary gif's for footers. They load quite a bit faster, anyways!
