im the owner of music 5k, a site that will be launching sometime around 2002. i still have a couple of jobs that need filled. the only bad part is that i can't pay anyone cause the site is nonprofit. these are the jobs i need.
animators. i need about 2.
uploaders - people that will upload mp3s and videos. i need as many as possible.
music expert - someone that can tell me a whole bunch of new rock bands coming out. i need one.
thats it. i hope you will want to do one of these jobs.

sorry pal, can't do it, busy.
If I were you i would get a group of friends. Your site is more tight knitted that way, you can call up a friend to work things out for the site anytime, and they will probably put more effort into it than someone who only knows you as "boss" would. Also pick a subject from your site that you have easy access to and are 'in the know' of. I say this because you are looking for a 'music epert'. You should be the expert if it's your site, no?
Just some ideas and opinions i've gotten from experience.
I would really to see a screenshot or somethin of what the site will look like tho!! If you would.
