What we're looking for:

An accomplished digital artist with skills in flash, interfaces, and 3D. Style should be along the ways of realistic and/or high detail. Ability with actionscript not required. This will be a highly challenging position.

About the company:

YagiSka, http://www.yagiska.com, was started several months ago with the goal of being a small website design company. Quickly, we realized that there are a million small website design companies, and decided to change direction and specialize. After much market research, we've decided upon the direction we want to take the company, and have developed a strategy for getting there.

Pay:
Part of our strategy is building a solid team of people with varying expertise that are exceptional in their respective fields. This position is actually for the fourth and final partner in the business. As such, the person who fills this position will own 25% of the company.

Additional Notes:

The person filling this postion will not only need to possess the skills mentioned above, but will also need to possess the ability to quickly learn and master emerging technologies in digital art. This person must also be willing to put in the work neccassary for a start-up company to succeed. This position will NOT require relocation, and as such, we are really open to talent from anywhere around the globe.
