On command Greyed Out

On command is greyed out everywhere, what am I doing wrong?

Make sure the symbol you are trying to link is selected, and also make sure it is a Button symbol if you are using the On command, and if you want to use the onClipEvent command make sure its a movieclip!

Thanks for that, my button is now working fine... I was trying to assingn the action under the "Hit" state. Oops )
