    Hi there,
    could anyone tell me where to download a flash plugin installer that does not need the user to be online?
    This is to create interactive CDs, and the user might not be online or not have any internet connection at all.

    Contact Macromedia and fill out the Liscense to distribute the Flash Player. You already have it BTW if you have Flash 5 installed on your Machine. Look in the Player folder of your Flash install.
