linking to an exact frame of another swf file

I need some help on how to link to a specific frame in the swf file that you are going to. All I have been able to do is link to the first frame with "loadmovie" command. I need to be able to link to a specific frame int the swf file.

Once loaded you use the gotoandplay(frame) action with the target specified.

This is really an actionscript question- you are going to have a better reaction on the AS board unless you are using a 3'rd party tool in that case consult the apropriate 3'rd party tools board.

Also it is interesting to note that several authoring tools can do this action (KM 2.7 , SWiSH 2, 3D FA, Any authoring tool that implements Load Movie and telltarget or the Flash 5 scripting equivilant) and they all implememnt it slightly different.
