load movie while movie plays?

jsut wondering, is it possible to start loading the .swf for my homepage while my intro animation plays (seperate .swf), and then once the intro has finished, have it 'cleared' while my homepage .swf starts playing?

if it is possible, instruction on how to perform this feat would be greatly appreciated!

Since flash "streams", could you just combine the two to make one .swf? Or maybe two scenes? I'm not sure if this would suit your needs. Just an idea.
